	RANKING THE SMALL AND MEDIUM 200 FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES 2010, PME MAGAZINE (Exame) In a study conducted by the Exame SMB Magazine in partnership with Deloitte Consulting, CAS Technology was for the second year named one of 200 small and medium companies with the highest growth in the last 3 years, going from 122nd in 2009 to 103rd in 2010, and is among the 15 SMB companies in the segment of the digital industry's fastest growing in the country. In its fifth edition, the study "The Small and Medium fastest growing companies in Brazil," aims to understand how small and medium companies are preparing to seize the opportunities of the new cycle of expansion of the country, besides to present the companies’ higher levels business growth over the past three years and to point out the vision of its leaders about the key factors for survival and growth in the economic current scenario.

	ENTREPRENEUR SUCCESS AWARD Competing against hundreds of companies, CAS Technology was the winner of the Innovation Award category in Entrepreneur Magazine's 2009 Pequenas Empresas e Grandes Negócios magazine from Editora Globo, conducted in partnership with the Center for Entrepreneurship of New Business of the Getulio Vargas Foundation. In addition to measurement solutions and telemetry for water, gas and electricity utilities, the management model adopted by CAS Technology, Employee Ownership, was one of the highlights of the award. "Welson Jacometti (Chairman) adopts a management model that makes every employee a shareholder. Here is the recipe of an entrepreneur who cuts the cake to promote growth. "

	RANKING THE SMALL AND MEDIUM 200 FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES 2009, SME MAGAZINE (Exame) In a study conducted by the SME Exame Magazine in partnership with Deloitte Consulting, CAS Technology was named one of 200 small and medium size companies with the highest growth in the last 3 years. At position 122 in the ranking, the research analyzes aspects of management, seeking to identify the barriers and drivers of growth of organizations, aiming to promote entrepreneurship in Brazil. This is the fourth edition of the study of small and medium fastest growing companies of 2009 published by the SME Exame magazine, one of the most influential business and economy magazines in the country.

	INFO200 RANKING CAS technology is among the top 200 technology companies in the country, according to the 12th edition of the INFO200 ranking published by Abril group. This year CAS is in position 189. Based on analysis of data reported by individual companies, published balance sheets, data of the CVM (Securities Commission) of the State Official Gazette, and on estimates, INFO defines the top 200 ranking ranked by total sales in 2008.

	AWARD IN “THE WINNERS OF GROWTH” ANUÁRIO INFORMÁTICA TODAY 2009 CAS Technology was ranked among the 10 fastest growing companies in 2008 according to the Computing Today Yearbook 2009. The directory aims to list the 200 largest IT companies from economic and financial analysis conducted by the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). This year CAS is in position 156. Created by Plano Editorial, a leading publisher in the technology industry and information technology since 1985, the Anuário Informática Today 2009 has been held for 24 years and analyses the economic and financial performance of companies operating in the information technology market.

	EMC CERTIFICATIONS As part of the continued recognition received by its technical partner, CAS Technology was approved and given the new EMC certification which is focused on business protection and recovery. Projects were carried out involving experts in the IT field who work to share knowledge and collaborate in the efficiency and adoption of new technologies to customers. • Certification in Backup, Recovery and EMC Archiving • Certification in Storage Technology Foundation

	SABESP APPROVAL FOR INDIVIDUALIZED MEASUREMENT CAS technology is the first and only 100% Brazilian company approved by SABESP ProAcqua, the program responsible for rating and certifying companies operating in the sector of individual metering in Sao Paulo. The approval is recognition of the utility for the work and partnership developed with CAS Technolgy formalizing the technical capacity and effectiveness of enterprise technology.

	THE ENDEAVOR & SMEs EXAMINATION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP PRIZE The Nobel ENDEAVOR & EXAMINATION SMEs entrepreneurship aims to find entrepreneurs to inspire society and future generations of Brazilian entrepreneurs. In 2008 Welson Jacometti, president of CAS Technology, was selected as a finalist for the prize. This selection recognizes the path of success of the company, its growth in the market and the ability to identify opportunities and develop relevant and efficient solutions for corporate customers.

	SODEXO PROFESSIONAL LIFE AWARD In 2008 the Sodexo Working Life Award completed 5 years of existence, recognizing the best practices in people management. To commemorate this edition all the finalists from previous years were invited and CAS technology was again recognized for its the Employee Ownership scheme, as one of 10 finalists in the Benefits category.

	SODEXO PROFESSIONAL LIFE AWARD The Sodexo Professional Life award began in 2004 with the objective to identify and spread best business practices in the area of people management. CAS was invited by Sodexo to attend the awards and its Employee Ownership program was one of the 10 cases selected as finalists in the Benefits category.
